• Experience in the dynamic organic garden: the hotel offers its own garden where you can collect the first fruits of the season and the aromas of the precious spices of the Gargano with us. You can cook the vegetables and citrus fruits together with our Executive Chef, also creating the typical lemon liqueur and other aromatic infusions that will remind you of the Gargano when you leave.
